Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with enterprise customers across EMEA and USA to deploy and scale KAWA AI’s agentic platform in production environments.
• Translate customer goals and operational workflows into robust technical architectures and implementation plans.
• Build, configure, and integrate agentic systems into customer environments, data flows, and internal tools.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure customer deployments are successful and repeatable.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, workflows, platform behavior, and deployment environments.
• Lead hands-on implementation of pilots, proofs of value, and production rollouts.
• Gather field feedback and convert customer needs into product insights and roadmap recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, including operators, technical teams, and executive sponsors.
• Drive adoption by helping customers operationalize AI agents safely, effectively, and with measurable outcomes.
• Contribute reusable patterns, deployment playbooks, and best practices to improve delivery across future engagements.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering background with experience shipping production systems in customer-facing or high-ownership roles.
• Experience working with APIs, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to move fluidly between strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, preferably in forward deployed, solutions engineering, or implementation roles.
• Familiarity with AI systems, LLM applications, agentic workflows, or automation platforms.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and USA as needed to support customer engagements.
• High ownership mindset, strong execution instincts, and a bias toward action.

Nice to Have:

• Experience deploying AI or workflow automation systems in regulated or high-stakes environments.
• Background in enterprise operations, financial services, compliance, risk, or mission-critical workflows.
